Why was my order canceled?

Received a defective or wrong item?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@blvckpearl.com with:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Issue description
  • Photos of the product

We’ll take care of it.

Customs, taxes & duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.

Delayed or lost orders
